1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SmartPeople. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself, or impersonate another person.
• One person may not maintain more than one personal account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the posts, photos, videos, comments, and other content you share on SmartPeople ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where a copy has reasonably been retained for backup or legal purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the rights necessary to share it and grant this license.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights
• Bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Post spam, run unauthorized contests, or distribute malware
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Service

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, and underlying software, is owned by SmartPeople or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
