Request account deletion

Use this page to ask SmartPipla to delete your account and the data linked to it. Fill in the details below so we can find your account. By submitting, you are formally asking us to start the deletion process.

Can you still open the app?

If you can sign in, delete your account directly. It is faster and doesn't need verification:

Profile > Settings > Delete account

Use the form below only if you can't sign in or no longer have access to the app.

What happens to your data

  • Deleted: your profile details and any data you shared in the app, such as posts, comments, likes and messages.
  • Not deleted: data that has already been shared with third parties or with legal authorities. If this applies to you, we will notify you.
  • Timeline: 7 to 30 days, depending on how complex your case is. Deletion can't be undone once it is complete.

Please read before you submit

  • We can't confirm who you are from this form alone, because you aren't signed in. Anyone could type in your details.
  • Because of this, we may contact you for more information, and the process may take longer than usual.
  • If we can't confirm the account is yours, we may decline the request to protect the real owner.
  • Give accurate details and contact information you can actually reach. We will use them to update you.
